Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company name, packaging requirements, quantity, destination, optional target date, dimensions and project notes. Do not include payment information, confidential artwork or unnecessary sensitive information. No file upload is provided.
How the information is used
Submitted details are stored privately in the WordPress administration area so the website operator can review and respond to your project request. A submission reference and your agreement to this notice are recorded. If email notifications are later enabled, notifications link the operator to the private record rather than sending the full brief.
Technical operation
The form uses a short-lived security token, a submission identifier and a keyed hash of the request IP address for duplicate prevention and rate limiting. The application rate-limit record expires after one hour and the duplicate-prevention record after one day. Hosting infrastructure may separately process access and security logs.
Access and retention
Inquiry records are available to authorized website administrators. There is no public inquiry directory. Records remain until the operator removes them; a formal retention schedule will be set before the business launch. Hosting backups may follow separate retention periods. Please avoid submitting real confidential project data during the preview stage.
Cookies and analytics
This custom inquiry form does not require a visitor account or use advertising trackers. WordPress administration and hosting services may use cookies for their own operation. No advertising or analytics integration has been added as part of this build.
Questions or removal requests
Use the project form and include your submission reference to request review, correction or deletion of an earlier inquiry. Do not resubmit confidential details. A permanent business contact and the confirmed operating entity will be added before the final domain launches.

Keep sensitive files out of the initial form
The current form has no attachment field. If the project later requires artwork or other files, sharing arrangements should be agreed separately. Downloadable worksheets are optional preparation tools and do not change the form's data handling described above.
